The onshore wind power invested by the government in the early 2000s has a considerable scale, but the wind turbines have a service life of 20 to 25 years and nearly looming elimination and replacement. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct safety monitoring of the support structure at the end stage of its service.

To consider effects of northeast monsoon on the performance of wind turbine, monitoring of the target onshore wind turbine was carried out to observe the structural vibration modes and dynamic behaviors of the onshore wind turbines under monsoons. The monitored data were integrated into the cloud platform developed by the research center.
